Mussels in a Creole style (that means it has onion,
celery, bell peppers and spices), Uinta Hoodoo Beer broth. Served with Cajun toast.

Shades of Pale Bratwurst Po-Boy 9.99

Bratwurst simmered in Shades of Pale's 4-play Porter. Topped with sauteed peppers and onions and Po-Boy sauce. Served with your choice of side.

Baby Back Bar B Cue Ribs 11.99

Bar B Cued ribs, slow cooked in Red Rock Nut Brown Ale. Finished on the grill with tangy bar b cue sauce. Served with garlicy new potatoes and cole slaw.

Ahi Tuna Egg Rolls 7.99

Fried egg rolls with tuna, seaweed, cilantro, scallions and cabbage. Served with wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger.

The fight over beer distribution

Wondering where this fight over self distribution of beers is coming from? I certainly was. Well, if you go to the National Beer Wholesalers Association page you can see their rationale for pushing all beer sales through distributors. Without them we'd apparently be drinking poison and dying all the time.

So, it looks like the NBWA is really trying to eliminate these self distribution laws and we just got to experience the methods.
