Eisenbahn Lust    Brazil        750ml   

Brewed in the traditional champagne production method, the champenoise.  After fermentation the beer is sent to a winery where it stays for three months undergoing a secondary fermentation in the bottle.  It is then given the traditional champagne treatment of cuvee, remuage and dégorgement processes.  The perfect beer for great celebrations.

Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch    Denmark        500ml

This imperial Oatmeal stout is brewed with one of the world's most expensive coffees, made from droppings of weasel-like civet cats. The fussy Southeast Asian animals only eat the best and ripest coffee berries. Enzymes in their digestive system help to break down the bean. Workers collect the bean-containing droppings for Civet or Weasel Coffee. The exceedingly rare Civet Coffee has a strong taste and an even stronger aroma.

This unique mix of an oat and coffee stout creates an intense, full-bodied beer that is surprisingly balanced and full of new taste adventures with every sip.

Mikkeller Monk's Brew    Belgium        750ml

It's Alive! is Mikkellers answer and tribute to the trappist beer Orval. It's Alive is an easy-to-drink beer, with a lot of hops. The color is amber, the foam is high, white and dense. The potent Brettanomyces culture makes It's Alive continue to develop in the bottle.

The first in a new series of single hop IPA's from Mikkeller. Brewed with Simcoe, known for many great US micro-brews. An extremely fresh-hopped IPA.

Mikkeller Warrior IPA    Belgium        330ml

The second in a new series of single hop IPA's from Mikkeller. Brewed with Warrior, a classic hop type in its home country USA. An extremely fresh-hopped IPA.

Géants Saison Voisin    Belgium        330ml

The beer is a revival of a regional style brewed by Brasserie Voisin, a brewery built in 1876 that brewed for over 100 years, but sadly closed in 1989. Géants' Sasion Voisin is brewed according to the original 1884 recipe and under the guidance of retired brewer, Léon Voisin. He has proclaimed the new version an accurate reproduction of the original.

Saison Voisin is amber-colored and, at 5% abv, extremely refreshing, with a light touch of bitterness and fruitiness. It is unfiltered and refermented in bottle.

Ridgeway Foreign Extra Stout    England        500ml

Ridgeway Foreign Export Stout bottle matures in a similar way to vintage port. Roasted malts and leaf hops initially provide an aroma of breakfast coffee and fresh spices that gradually fades to reveal licorice, caramel, and raisin notes that are products of the aging process. Beneath all this change sits a solid and resilient backbone of bitter English hop.

Thiriez Blonde Farmhouse Ale    France        750ml

Daniel Thiriez painstakingly crafts his rustic farmhouse ales in a rustic farmhouse brewery in the beautiful countryside of French Flanders
That gorgeous hop aroma . . . Could it be any more fresh? Spicy, piquant, right in our face. If we’re not mistaken, there’s more than a hint of the Saison about this blonde beer. Something earthy and spicy, a complexity that almost frightens, but at the same time beckons, and tantalizes. We love it when a beer is so forward, so fearless – so sophisticated, but so excitingly rough. Yes, talk dirty to us.

Thiriez Amber Farmhouse Ale    France        750ml

This is the only beer from the little French farmhouse brewery, Thiriez, that isn’t pungent with the aroma of hop bitterness. Instead, Thiriez Amber is a celebration of wholesome, freshly harvested barley malt, and that is what you get in the nose. The barley that grows in the fields of French Flanders (quite close to the border with Belgium) is some of the best in the world. Meanwhile, along with all that pure malt goodness you’ll detect a few spicy, earthy notes – just what you want in a real farmhouse brew – that derive from a very special yeast that is exclusive to the Thiriez brewery. Some of the malt is lightly roasted, which lends a mild, nutty flavor, and gives the beer a reddish tinge. It’s more of a red beer than an amber one, truth be told.

Thiriez Extra Farmhouse Ale    France        750ml

With all the hops, you might see Extra as a more traditional English IPA. Yet since Daniel Thiriez is a little 'Belgian-oriented,' by his own description, and uses a Belgian yeast that he obtained from the Belgian brewing school where he studied, the beer also has a good bit of the earthy, spicy character of a saison.

Boulevard Long Strange Triple     USA        750ml

True to the style this Triple is a golden ale with estery aromas, a dense, creamy head and a long, sweet finish.

Boulevard Double Wide IPA     USA        750ml

Zeus and Magnum hops for both bittering and aroma, and Ahtanum hops solely for aroma.  Two dry hoppings using Ahtanum, Centennial and Chinnok.  This beer, not surprisingly, has a hop forward aroma.  Warning, not for the faint of heart!

Boulevard The Sixth Glass Quadruple     USA        750ml

A gigantic beer with fruity flavors of dates and figs finishing with prune, raisin and hints of chocolate.  The huge malty flavors finish like a fine madeira or port.  This beer is 10.5% in alchohol and you will feel every bit.

Boulevard Saison    USA        750ml

This golden ale is delightfully effervescent and generously hopped.  Hints of lemon, black pepper and lemon grass.  Some find notes of Citrus and pineapple as well.  Brewed with Magnum and Simcoe hops as well as a touch of Amarillo.
