Firestone Walker's Reserve Robust Porter
While Firestone is famous for their passion toward pale ales, they have proven that they can make a mean dark ale as well. This Robust Porter has a nice roasty profile with chocolate and coffee notes. Full bodied with 5.9% ABV this porter will delight all American Porter fans.
Red Nectar was a very early pioneer in the world of hoppy amber ales. It was originally made by Humboldt Brewing Co in 1987 and was brewed by Humboldt until 2000 when the brewing was moved to Firestone Walker brewery in Paso Robles. Fortunately for all of us the beer is still as wonderful as it was when first released. This beer is refreshingly hoppy and just all around tasty.
