Thursday means BBQ

It's Thursday again and at The Bayou that means one thing. BBQ. If you haven't figured out the pattern by now, we do two weeks of ribs followed by a week of chicken. So this is week two of ribs.

Our Ribs 100% oak smoked and are served with our house coleslaw and 50/50 fries. They should be off the smoker by 6:00 ish. We usually sell out by 8:00.
