The Bayou

I kid you not. Geoff and I have been drinking the piss out of these and we have converted quite a few other Bayou staffers onto them.

Wasatch Pumpkin on Draft with Guinness on top. They layer beautifully, taste like a nicely roasted pumpkin and are simply a wonderful change of pace. I probably wouldn't drink them year round but since the pumpkin beers are only available for a short time that doesn't really matter.

Try one on your next visit or buy a few bottles of pumpkin beer and cans of Draught Guinness and make them at home. Layer the Guinness over the pumpkin using a spoon for the full visual effect.
