Sliced okra, deep fried to a nice crisp, dusted with Cajun spices and served with a red pepper aioli for dipping.

Diced grilled chicken smothered in traditional hot wing sauce on a pizza made with wing sauce and cheese topped with carrots, celery and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing.
Grilled Cheese & Tomato Basil Soup
Grilled cheese on wheat bread with a side of tomato basil soup and a pickle. Like mom made when you came in from the cold.
Pecan Crusted Chicken
Buttermilk marinaded chicken breast breaded with flour and pecans, fried to a golden brown and served with mixed vegetables, mashers and a side salad.
Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake
For the Holiday Season, pumpkin cheesecake in a ginger snap crust served with a dusting of cinnamon.
